Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at Veesion, your mission is to collaboratively lead the development and enhancement of both internal tools and client-facing applications related to our cutting-edge theft detection solutions for stores. In close partnership with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring successful product delivery. The initial scope will cover a broad range of responsibilities, with opportunities for specialization as the team expands.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Vision and Product Strategy:

* Define and Drive Product Strategy: Work closely with the CPO to define and drive the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Bring your expertise to contribute valuable insights to the strategic vision.

* Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Translate insights to inform strategic decisions.

* Develop and own the product roadmap for your product, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.

* Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand their evolving requirements, incorporating insights into the product roadmap.

* Define and monitor key product metrics, using data to drive informed decision-making and iterative product improvements.

* Collaboratively evangelize the product vision and strategy both internally and externally, ensuring alignment across the organization and with key stakeholders.

  1. Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration:

* Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to understand and prioritize tooling needs for various departments, ensuring seamless and efficient internal operations.

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives.

Preferred Experience

Your Profile :

  • Previous experience in Product Management.

  • Expertise in User-Centric design and optimizing User Experience (UX).

  • Proficiency in Agile Methodology.

  • The ability to make decisions based on data.

  • Strategic thinking and vision.

  • Creating collaborative environments.

  • You speak french and english.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience

  • A bonus if the person has experience in gamifying an application or in video games.
