Job Description

Are you dynamic and have a sense of service? Then you may be our future Operation Specialist for the Dutch market !

We are looking for a polyvalent person to make part of our Operations team.

Your main tasks will be the following:

  • Be in charge of the logistics and the daily life of the operational team (planning installations, maintenance and manage the team's resources)

  • Build: Build, test and maintain the process that will improve the day to day of your team and the clients

  • Run: Follow and apply the operational workflow that allows our company to cover an international market (from Australia to the Alaska)

  • Manage the onboarding of new clients, international logistics, follow up of customers & partners, follow up with suppliers

  • Be a problem solver on a daily basis

These missions may vary according to the evolution of the company's needs. We will guide you throughout your onboarding in order to increase your skills!

  • You are proactive and versatile, you are able to work independently and you know how to solve problem.

  • Language skills: Dutch and at least B2 level in English.
